Shipping & Return Policy

At Rustler Hat Co., we want you to love your purchase. Below, you’ll find all the details on our shipping and return policies to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

Shipping 

•       Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

•       Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

•           We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

•           Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

•           Final sale items, custom products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

•           Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

•           Shipping fees are non-refundable.

•           A $7.99 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for damaged or defective item(s). The fee will be deducted from the total refund.

How to Initiate a Return

•           Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

•           No exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, simply return your original purchase within our return window and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

•           If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days for a replacement.

International Shipping

•           🇨🇦 Canadian shipping available. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier once an order has shipped, delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside of our control. Canadian duties or import taxes may be collected by Canadian customs upon delivery.
