Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Final sale items, custom products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A $7.99 restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for damaged or defective item(s). The fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days for a replacement.
International Shipping
• We currently do not ship internationally.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.
