What kind of hats do you sell?
We offer three lines of hats. Our 100% Australian wool and straw lines are pre-creased and start at $195. Our fully customizable, premium blend of rabbit and beaver fur felt hats start at $475. Accessories and additional customization are available for an additional charge.
Do you sell hats online?
We offer virtual appointments for custom hats Monday-Wednesday from 10am to 12:30pm.
Do You accept walk-ins?
Of course! Walk-ins are always welcome. Keep in mind, days during the week are typically slower than the weekend (Friday-Sunday). With increased traffic in the store, longer wait times for walk-ins can be expected.
Can I bring guest with me?
Customers are allotted one guest to join them during their experience.
Can I use my appointment deposit for merchandise instead of a hat?
The appointment deposits can only be placed toward the purchase of a hat. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, if someone with an appointment decides to not purchase a hat.
Can I return a hat?
We do not accept returns on customized hats. Once creasing begins, all sales are final. If you have any questions please contact us at info@rustlerhatco.com.
Do you Offer Shipping?
We always recommend traveling with your hat to avoid any unforeseen damages. However, we do offer shipping for an additional fee.
Do you offer hat cleaning and reshaping?
We can only determine if we are able to shape or clean once a hat we see the hat in person. The cost for cleaning and reshaping is between $10-$60. Cleaning costs are determined by the shaper.
Branding is reserved for Rustler hats only.
Do you offer restyling of a previously purchased Rustler hat?
We offer restyling of Rustler hats during the week, Monday-Wednesday. You are able to purchase bands and accessories at anytime, but stylists are only able to restyle your hat Monday-Wednesday.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you are no longer able to make it to your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time for a full refund of your deposit. Cancelling within the 24 hours will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Group Bar Experiences need to be cancelled one week prior to receive a full refund. Cancelling within the week will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Do you offer events outside of the storefront?
Yes, we can offer the Rustler Hat Co. experience at any corporate event, party, wedding etc. Please reach out to info@rustlerhatco.com for more information.
